The zoo decided to get a new boyfriend for their lioness, Kaya. However, the new young male, Shombay, was a momma's boy at his last zoo and is quite the wimp. He's afraid of people, eye contact, being looked at (not good if you are a zoo animal) and sadly, he's also afraid of Kaya. Kaya, possibly sensing his weakness, has begun stalking and pouncing on poor Shombay. Their relationship will have to improve before any baby lions can be expected.
Tracy used a tiger greeting (sounds like phhfft) and the tiger paced over and responded in kind. Many animals respond to the zoo keepers' calls because they either recognize them or associate them with the distribution of food.
